Chris - if that female pit crew comes with STI, then GET IT!!

seriously I'd have to lean towards the EVO also. While I think the EVO is a little redicously priced for a 4 banger, lately I've been hearing nothing but horror stories about Subaru honoring their warrenties, even when it's clearly defective (ie no mods).

I am shopping for a silver one now. Fun ride. Keep me entertained until the next Gen L comes out.

The japs have resumed the pony car wars...

Evo vs Sti

I hear the STI is pretty fast. Just, the syling isnt my taste. However, the technology and aftermaerket parts place on both vehicles is awesome.

Does anyone have any rally tracks where they live? Ive never seen any rally tracks here but i bet if someone opened one up, it would be a lot of fun.

In our quest to buy my wife a new ride we took a WRX for a spin, the car was fun, quick, and in my opinion a solid deal, the new one with more juice should be a monster, plus once the aftermarket gets it add an easy 100 plus HP, 400hp and all wheel drive sounds like 11's on street tires to me.

Depends on how stickers you have and what kind. Yokohama and Eibach stickers = major handling improvement while HKS and Greddy stickers = mad hp.

Speaking of Foci...you could always wait till the turbocharged version comes out and pick that up...should save you a few grand and you get to stick with good ole' Ford

Any rumors of AWD in the mix for Focii? I just hate the torque steer of FWD. Plus no real donuts w/ FWD

That is my exact intentions. To dump for the Turbo version. I highly doubt ford will bring over thr AWD Cosworth. Sure would give Mitsu and Suburu a run for their money.
