For your information.. The ****er who does business there, has been paying the bills there for quite a few months. Therefore, his hands are dirty with the shop and shop owner, making them BOTH guilty.

If you are going to race at a sanctioned event, you need to follow the rules in the rule book.

If your at your local track, the rules don't apply, unless you get caught.

Dale, did you miss the entire first paragraph of the post?

The point here is not whether the cage was legal. That's not in dispute.

A new developement:

"JE was sold out then bailed out
As you may,or may not know, one of our own BOLT brothers was sold out by a poser brother at FFW in Gainesville. JDM heard the news that ran through the pit area like wildfire. Jim went to bat for JE with track officials and used his influence to keep JE active in the event. Jim protected JE from the officials and offered his support to Ron,burning new chips and having Sean assist Ron in the pit.

Jim,I appreciate that you stood up for JE under such bad circumstances and helped him when he was alone.

Mark"

I was there and hats off to Jim and Shaun who went out of there way to help out Ron (JE).
Jim was rewarded in the 1st. round eliminations T/T with a 10.94 on a 10.94 dial in. Wooped JR on the tree, JR cut a .013 not too bad, but Jim had .012
I ran out on the 1st round, Jim made my truck too quick today!!
I left at 4:00 between rain showers.
Congratulations Bill (HD) 10.94 hot and humid and rainy, not too bad for it's 1st. outing. You got one bad *** truck. I can see a single digit when you get the juice hooked up.
I also want to thank Jim and Shaun for all the help they gave me this weekend. While hanging around there, there were dozens of people, many not JDM's customers getting answers to their questions and solutions for their problems. I watched Shaun and Jim both take off across the lot more than once with tools in hand to help someone out. I watched Jim drive many vehicles and offer his advice.
Hats off to JDM they are a ++++ to the lightning community.
Oh!! Paul G was also running very good times and kicking *** with Jim's tune.
Mike

I wouldn't put it past James to do something like that. He ripped me off in more ways than one.

If James and JE both knew prior that the cage wasnt legal, why wasnt it fixed beforehand?
