What's an SRT 500? From all the reports i've read, the SRT 10's have 22" wheels and will only come in White, Red and Black.

 

They come in other colors than red? Hmmmm

 

The local Viper guys all tease each other by telling each other to come play with me... What makes these guys think a Truck will do any better? The NEW Viper only runs 12.8? You should have asked him if that Kenworth came in a SPORTY Model?

 

My point exactly...if the SRT-10 is such a POS..then why is Ford going to great pains to get 500 HP out of the 5.4? I just think an A/C powered cooler, that works for short bursts, and needs time to recharge is dumb. Way too much stuff to go wrong. It will tax the A/C compressor, and cause alot of failures if they do come out with it. Ford has the technology...so just build a 500 HP motor, and skip the techno gizmos.

I think there will at least be one version of the Lightning available with the 6 speed, 22's and push button...keepin up with the Jones'....

It's a horsepower war we don't want if we ever want to afford one of the new trucks....

 

The black prototype had 24's on it..because dodge didn't have the time to drop it before the show. The production version will be lowered with 22's.

They will come in black, red and white...

The Charcoal ones are test beds...no body kit, just a regular ram body with the SRT underneath...The spy pics I saw said RAM 505 on the door, but I guess some say SRT 500...

I saw a brand spakin new viper on 90 94 just a couple weeks ago, I even got pics of it in traffic since i know some of you guys would probably call bull*****!

All I got to say is, BRING THAT SRT 10 on so I can show him what a street scene roll pan looks like!
