IMO its still a honda and its still a four cylinder...i'll respect the fact that it's supercharged and may be fast but it will never have the prestige or cool factor of a musclecar/truck :o

If you think only musclecars and trucks have 'prestige and cool factor' I feel sorry for you. My import has just as much (if not more) prestige and cool factor then my L IMHO.

hey this is 99prelude_LC i'll get an account on here soon i have to make fun of you just because you have a supercharged truck

1. That is an OIL stained header, just one header not headers
2. like an eaton supercharger?? That is an eaton supercharger!!
3. Turbos are also connected directly to the filter
4. A turbo would be connected to the FRONT where the headeR is

sorry i was just playin! haha

Dang, after reading this post I thought maybe the prelude beat the Lightning! Lucky prelude, because I would drive to Dallas to redeem the Lightning community!

well I dont know **** about imports, never have wanted one. I wasnt sure they made superchargers for 4 bangers..I figured it was a turbo or nothing for you guys. Sorry about the plural "headers" ..Im used to there being two sets of 4

well what I should have said is that it has to be a supercharger since I could see the pulley. How much boost do you run on your setup?

DamonH, I was only speaking of the Honda Prelude in question, not all "imports". Ferraris, turbo Porsches, supercharged Jags, AMG Mercedes, and BMW M cars are all pretty cool and prestigious IMO my "cool factor" statement was in reference to the undeniable throaty burble that eminates from a V-8s exhaust, whether that V-8 is American or foreign. I refuse to accept a run of the mill 4-cylinder Honda as cool, whether its fast or not. I know I wouldnt be caught dead in one

BTW, your sig pic is badass!

everything is stuffed into a small area...not very mechanic friendly
Yeah, and ford was being nice to customers when they decided to stuff our motor back under the cowl
Our trucks are a b*tch to work on (compared the previous gen1)

Ouch! The arrogance of ignorance.
