Why would they replace our heads when they can void the warranty. It saves them money to have you pay for them.
Why fix a known problem when they know people will mod
there trucks and they can void it. This is how ford works
and they tell there stock holders we reduced our cost of
poor quality through empowerment, innovation, and digitization
Oh don't let me forget 6 sigma plus. These trucks our nice
but designed poorly but you won't here ford say that when
there making money at our expense.
