Dan, did your code say it was a problem with a 02 sensor? Mine said insufficient air flow to EGR. Mine are all pluged in good. I could have damaged one during the install but if so wouldn't the code show a certain sensor?

Mine had thrown 2 codes when it came unplugged, one was a lean bank code and one was a "heater error" code or something, I forget.

Is your EGR fitting letting out any exhaust? Rich did mine on the driver's side header, so I don't know exactly how snug or lose it was... I know the OEM one was tight as heck. That'd be the only other thing.

Same here with MY FT valve body on my '01. Just installed it 1/2 is soft and 2/3 with knock your teeth loose. Gonna contact Gregg but I dont want to pull the pan again either.
