Can anyone suggest a forum where people actually discuss our trucks and related subjects without all the idiotic noise?

((And Jaymz STILL gets my vote for funniest reply for 2003)
Not sure of the total impact...using pushrod motors hasn't advanced the 302/351 much outside of Nascar. I think there are other engineering companies that have put more time into the pushrod motor than Nascar.
The average joe will be hard pressed to get anything out of a modular engine race program. Remember Ford saying the Cobra R technology would trickle down to consumers and that ANYONE could get build their own Cobra R?
Try and buy Cobra R heads. The valve springs can't be bought. I'll be posting some pics of a mod motor that has some one off stuff that the owner has said that he would never do again, because of the hassle of having to custom make so many parts. Mater of fact the mill continues to turn and the wallet continues to shrink. You could diffintely go fatsre for less hassle and cash.
Not to mention IMO I do not think NASCAR will go OHC anytime soon. OHC will allow the manufacturers to spin the engines higher to make more power. Which means exotic materials to handle the stress = $$$$$$$$$. i.e. F1 and 19krpm engines
