Lightbulb Rebuild & Up Grade Eaton Supercharger

Did a search for rebuilding the Eaton Supercharger with no luck. I do rember reading about polishing the inside and plugging the noise reduction vents. Do any of you know where to get a rebuild kit and is it up gradeable?
I would love to squeze all the hp I can out of my factory unit.
I have a 4 lb. lower pulley and am looking to put a 6 lb on soon.

If any one could give me soom info and pic. that would be great!

Peace, Suavy[IMG]

I believe by March there will be a new Blower Case Available for our Eaton. I think this is a reasonable cost alternative as the case will be ported and flow tested.

The reason a new case was cast is because it is very time consuming to port these Blowers and get the proper increase in air flow.

Anyone interested can e mail me and I'll pass on info next month.

Jim
