I think its my turn to chime in to the Nissan folks here. Im not trying to clown nissans, but lets not be crazy here, a nissan frontier has nothing going for it in the looks dept. at all. 15.5 is about what my moms 4x4 tahoe does, they are little bitty narrow childrens trucks. A L is serious, what does the Frontier have in TORQUE??? I bet a pathetic amount, use the frontier for the fun factor of hitting mud puddles like in all the corny commercials, or whatever floats your boat, not in the speed dept......champ

ok i have a lightning now and i HAD a 1999 dodge r/t bought a yellow on and put a nice lid on it. i t was a nice neat truck sounded good looked ok. Ran good ill even say it felt fast.
BUT...... at the track i could just manage a 15.5 with all the traction in the world. and that i have to laugh at. don't use the word perfomance and 15.5 around me and expect me not to laugh.
now on to the lightning... this is the badast pickup on the planet!
bone stock it went a 13.5 @99 with marganal traction. and not to mention it 's the best looking.
please forgive me for owning the r/t i get employe dicount
(thu dad) and i needed a extended cab (famaily of 4).
how bout i smoke three r'/t's and do three burn out's in the L for my sins.
Don
