Why don't you post up some digicam pics of the areas in question? (The relays, etc)

There are a few "unplugged" wires lying around on most cars...my truck has a few. Trailer harness, extra horn hookup on rightside (horn is on left), some diagnostic ports, etc.

I think the Relay in GiGi's head is stuck in the Open Position.
