Just thought I would let everybody know that Justin and JDM are doing a great job in my book. I read alot of B.S. in some of the other Forums about how they don't take care of their customers, and I would have to disagree.

I E-mailed Justin on Jan. 2 (Thur.) to see how my order was coming along for my Silver Bullet Exhaust. He replied that same day and told me he would get back to me on Jan 3 (Fri.) Friday came around and as Emreil would say "BAM" Justin E-Mailed me back telling me that they would ship on Jan 6 (Mon). On Monday I got another E-Mail from Justin giving me conformation that my order did indeed ship. Two days later my S/B exhaust was waiting at my doorstep.

S/B Exhaust looks great and very well constructed.

I just ordered mine on Jan. 2nd. I hope I receive mine this fast. I can say this , JDM was nice enough to let me get the christmas price since it was the last day for it plus allowed me to ship them a money order . Justin sent me an email back today saying he will follow up tomorrow on my order.

 

These kind of post make it all worth it. Hope you enjoy your system.

I do not supporter any tuner, I think they ALL tend to blow trucks up. So this has nothing to do with JDM, PSP, or Bob's super duper lightnin' tunin' service...

Buuut Just because You had good service without probs, I don't think it is right to assume that what everyone else says is BS. It is possible for other people to have issues, while everything went smoothly with you.
