Illinois driver's license suspension???

yes i dont think i will be driving during my suspension. hopefully the paperwork is a speedy process 
however what i don't really get is this: do they expect people to store their vehicles if their license is suspended. i'm assuming they expect you to follow the letter of the law and not even start your vehicle....
btw, i was notified around the 5th so it gives me only 1 week to prepare for my lightning withdrawl. little do they know that they are making a mistake since i'll have to ween myself by getting in the truck once in a while and just revving it in the garage...hope i wont wake up the neighbors or disturb the bagel shop i live above....since my exhaust can be heard anywhere in the building...even idling the slight drone can be heard (and felt)
what a sh*tty law. if i only knew how to speak german i would move to germany and cruise in my CLK55 at 140 all day long on the autobahn. then i'd send a vid of it to jesse white's office.
