A Little Story About Sal And Psp
Thanks to all for the kind words, you all know my passion for these trucks and their owners.
Tim, I think one of the main problems nowadays is that vendors DON'T support each other more. I think that is probably the next step we all need to take to strenghten this community, and benefit all involved, vendors AND customers. I greatly appreciate your comment, and I also think you're a stand up guy, and can't say I've ever heard anyone tell me anything negative about you

I had a problem when I tried to install the pulley I got from Sal about a year ago. My brother over-torqued one of the bolts and stripped the threads from the harmonic balancer. I posted about it here, and this is the response I got from Da Man himself.
I decided to buy a JDM pulley instead of replacing the balancer. Sal traded me a factory tech valve body for the obviously used pulley. This guy is nothing but the best. I'll never forget it. If I need something, PSP is the first place I look for it. You can't gpo wrong with Sal!
Really? Here's a few for starters. He has rabbit hair and feathers all over his truck seats. He makes fun of nuns. Oh yeah, he also drives a silver L.

Well, all you damaged was the harmonic balancer. You COULD get new one and that would solve the problem, but of course you'd have to buy a new one. I might have one I use for pulley display that I could trade you for your damaged one.

Hell, I'll chime in here. Way back when (a couple of years ago), I was putting my first 2# pulley on my truck, on a Sunday. Being stupid, I got confused halfway through it, so I called the phone number printed on the instructions. I left a message and Sal called me back within 30 minutes... on a Sunday.
Did I mention it was on a Sunday?!?
