A Little Story About Sal And Psp

Well where do I start?

A few months back, I ordered a Fast Air System from Sal.
1) they told me when I would get it..And I got it before that date

Anyway. He said it was a little involved but I could get it on there but to call him if I need any help. (Not knowing when I would install it)

So I went after it one Sat..and ran into some trouble on figuring where exactly to snip the fender to allow one of the hoses to fit properly..

After a lot of looking I finally decided to try to IM him and he was on. He immediaely responded and went to his RED BEAST and took a snap shot of his fender and hose set up and emailed it to me and I got it on fine!!(oh by the way, Tree trimmers work great for trimming a fender when you don have a saw..LOL)

Now after a few months..I must of put the second hose back to far(By not following instuctions) and rubbed a hole in it..

I again IM'd Sal and told him what I did and asked how much for a new hose..cause Duct tape wasnt gonna cut it for me..

He laughed and said call me tomorrow....

No what he charged???? Shipping only!!! I was amazed. It was my fault..None of his..And he charges me just shipping? Oh got it in 3 days..!!

I just want to say after 7 years of being in customer service that was incredible...Above and beyond the call of duty I would say!
And just being available at about anytime was amazing!!

THANKS SAL!! I appreciate your help..And will be ordering from you AGAIN!!!!!

MATT

Its nice to hear nice things about the tuners every now and again.
Seems all the tuner related threads are people BSing or talking trash. Glad to hear you had a good experience, I was considering ordering a few things from PSP. (no flames wanted)

Sal really is a great guy. The only things I have ever bought from him were spark plugs and a filter precharger, but he always is there to answer my questions, no matter how trivial they are.

customer service

I had a similiar experience with Rick at Anderson Ford Motorsports. I had a piece of tubing that I was trimming and slipped and cut too much off. I called him the next day and he mailed me out a new piece no charge and he even covered shipping even though it was my mistake. I will buy from him again in the future. His customer service was top notch.

I had what I would call a large order from him recently - called them at least 4 times to add stuff, change stuff, make sure everything was in order.....and when I got the order, EVERYTHING was right, every peice was there, even the rear window sticker I casually mentioned I'd like to have, and it got here pretty quick.

I have always heard good things about Sal, so I sent him a couple of e-mails with some questions. The man asked me to call him at home and was kind enough to spend over an hour on the phone answering what must seem like redundant questions.

I just can’t say enough about that.

Thanks Sal, talk to you soon

Well I do need a tuner who doesn't mind answering some dumb questions ..From my experience with some tuners, I guess I ask a lot of em. Maybe i'll start ordering from Sal now. I do have a few things I need so i'll give him a call.. I feel comfortable spending money to someone who's willing to go out of their way to satisfy their customer. I can't stand it when some places rush you off the phone or make you feel like a complete idiot..

Thanks guys!

For one vendor to support another is kind of rare and maybe I need another cup of coffee before I say this but here goes.

I've only ordered a couple of things from Sal during the period up until I became a vendor myself. Sal and Lisa were more than courteous, very personable, and helpful.

In summary, I tip my hat to the King. Cheers to Sal.
