Interesting screen name !

I wonder if there is a particular reason for it.
I happen to live about 10 miles from the Wedgewood factory here in the Midlands of England, or an area that is in fact still known as The Potteries. Some of my ancestors were involved in the manufacture of Wedgewood !

Strange the way these threads go !

1977 Rolex Oyster Perpetual DateJust. 14K and Stainless. 14K Gold Crown on clasp.

It was my fathers and you could offer me every truck on this site and I'd still be wearing it. Yes it's a Rolex, but it could just have easily been a Timex and the result would be the same.

Who cares what's on your wrist........What's in your heart?

John

For everyday use I wear a AOPA Pilot, which is just a fancy Timex.
For other than getting dressed up its a stainless steel Rolex.
For getting dressed up its the Classic balck on gold Movado.
My suit stays in the bottom of my hamper, Movado doesn't get used much. he.. he..

Nice watches, y'all. Most frequently I wear an 18k rose gold and stainless Paul Picot Telemeter. I also wear an Oris Modern Classic on a crocodile strap. My gym and biking watch is a Casio G-Shock.

My dream watch is a Ulysse Nardin Genghis Khan, but I would realistically enjoy having a Longines Lindy like Lenticular described. A Breitling Super Ocean Pro maybe in my future later next year.

Missed this the first time around.

My watches :

Clock wise from upper right:
Franck Muller Stainless steel masterbanker, my good watch
Ulysse Nardin GMT +/- Big Date
1963 Rolex GMT Master : My everyday watch. So old, there is no letter in the serial number.
1994 Rolex Eplorer II
Sarah has a good choice, A few years back I traded in Deb's 2 tone date just for a white gold president with the factory Saphire dial.

Not really expensive, or the greatest timekeeping ever, but it's accurate enough for me, and looks good. Wasn't too expensive, either, I paid 179.
