Post Anxiously Waiting Too

We placed our KR order Nov 1. The dealer gave me a similar story, "Be in before Christmas." Week before Christmas comes and now the computer says week of Jan 21st (that would be almost 12-weeks). Been hounding the dealer ever since because we were suppose to get the 0% which ends Monday the 14th. Now informs me it was on a train for Twin Oaks, PA (north of Pittsburgh) and should be on a truck (crossing fingers) later today for delivery Monday just in time for 0%. He will call me this afternoon with an update.

We ordered the 4x4 KR SuperCrew in Chestnut with the 5.4, 3.55LS, Trailer Tow, Skid Plates, KR Bedliner and KR Tonneau Cover, Rear Bench, and with the must have Rear Seat Entertainment Center with Headphones to keep the kids occupied.

Any KR owners try out the Superchip? If so, how do you like it? Any other suggested mods you like?

Thanks,

Adam

Update

Found out yesterday my truck was built on 1/3/02.
Checked with the rail carrier today. They said truck is in rail depot in N.J. Newark I am told by my dealer. So if all goes well I should have it some time this week.

Hey gonzo2540,

Congrats on the KR purchase, you're gonna love that KR truck whether it's a Screw or a Scab!

Now with the Charcoal Blue thing, you just changed the stats on the three different color threads. I think since there are three different colors, and the stats are changing so fast that I will create a stats thread so I won't need to keep track of it in each different color thread, tongue twister right?

Anyway, welcome aboard and have fun with the KR gang and the rest of your new found F-150 friends.

Be careful, this site can be dangerous to your mental health as well as your personal life, if you let it of course 'cause it's very addictive.

Cool Charcoal Blue KR

Daveman: Been reading the posts for quite some time and have held back for a long time! I know what you mean! Seems like Blue is the color of choice!

Skagel: I'm probably like you, love my truck 'till death do us part! If I can afford it, I'll get you another one!

And here, ladies and gentlemen, we read about one chap who is TOTALLY ADDICTED to his vehicle. For god sake, he tracked it through the rail yard!! LMAO!

*shrugs*, I'm sure I would've done EXACTLY the same. Hell, I probably would've driven to the railyard and would've tried to 'buy off' some guy to unload the vehicle.

Kinda like calling the kettle black...

CONGRATS AND WELCOME TO THE KR FAMILY!

F150 KR

it's made at Kansas City. Norfolk produces the regular and Supercab only.
