On several occasions I have noticed static on the radio immediately after starting. It sounds as if the radio is slightly mis-tuned. Turning the radio off and then back on causes the problem to go away. I don't plan to have it looked at unless it becomes much worse. I was wondering if anyone else has seen the same problem with their radio?

 

good question....i have never even used the radio yet....just the cd player....man i am going out to my truck now and check it out. thanks....one more thing i gotta stress about

 

I use both the AM/FM and the Changer often and I've never had this problem. Sounds electrical to me... then again, I know little to NOTHING about vehicle electronics.
