Flip side, cool tires.
Hey fellow King Ranchers!
Glade that you all like the tires!

I don’t blame you not likening to see the NYY on the front of my truck but then most Ranger fans don’t!

The Bra is used only when I travel long distance; it seems to do a good job at keeping the rock chips down. Had a bra on a lot of my vehicles over the years and never experience a problem with the paint. But then I try to buy a quality bra with the proper padding and ensure a proper tight fit so that it don’t flap on the hood while driving around. Now that will cause damage. I also remove the bra after a good rain so that when the sun does come out it wouldn’t cloud the paint. Just like anything else there is a lots of do’s and don’t. But thank you for your comment!
Have a great day folks!!

As soon as my Goodyears are trashed, I'm buying these. If they are anything like the older LTX AT's, that will be great, as those lasted a good 90K miles or better. And Michelin's ride SMOOTH
I just got a set of LTX AT2's and totally love them!
They ride super quiet and smooth. It's been raining extremly hard here in the Seattle area (large pools of water on the highway... ect) and the tires have just simply cut through it. No hydroplaning at all, much better then the stock BFGs. These are the load "E" rated tires, 10 ply, very heavy duty for a 1/2 ton, but it's what I was looking for. I don't always do alot of towing and hauling but when I do, I will apriciate the better rated tires. Anyway I just wanted people to know that these tires are new to the market, but I highly recommend them.

Congrats, you are the first positive reviewer I have seen on the new AT2's.
Tire Rack is not kind to them, nor is Discount.
The non AT's LXT MS's are studly tires and I was all set to get some AT'2 until I saw all the negative revvies.

Now I'm sorry I got Goodyear Silent Armor ATs. (But everybody that looks at my truck thinks they're cool).

I'm trying to talk myself into a leveling kit and some bigger tires. I refrain from posting stuff in the tire or suspension forums, just because I think there is a limited amount of stuff you can do to a KR to make it look good while still keeping it classy.

I am sold on the BFG AT KO's right now
That is why i am a little interested in the Mich LTX AT2 post.
FYI...
I just put over a thousand miles on these tires in the last few days. Today I spent the day in the mountains for work, and the tires got me out of a couple sticky spots (slick shale rock, washboard roads, mud and water). This is after driving 170 miles in the driving rain, and some very twisty roads for the last 15 miles. After all that, I drove back through the; muddy washboard roads, twisty rainy slick logging roads, and another 170 miles on I-5 at 60-80 mph. Never a problem, no slipping, very confident with these tires.
P.S.
You should see the truck now, as muddy as it's ever been!
