Just picked up my new '06 KR this week. Had my '97 Larriat for 9 years - best vehicle I've ever owned but decided it was time to move on.
I knew this site was out there but have not visited much over the years. However, it's been a big help in just the last hour or so - good advice on taking care of the leather, as well as a recent post on a leveling kit. One of the only negatives with my '06 is the lower profile (nose down) ride on this 4X4 (especially compared to the '97 which sat pretty high with just the factory off road package). I'm not much on after market add-ons, but I like to make sure the driver of the Beemer in front of me has a good view of my fog lights in his rear view mirror. Sounds like this is one add-on I could handle.
Thanks for the good info.

Ok, well tomorrow I will be getting my second King Ranch. Two years ago I got rid of my first King Ranch with was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. It was an '01 4x4 Chestnust/Arizona Beige. It had an 3" body lift sitting on 35" BFGoodrich A/T's. Tomorrow I am getting an '03 Black 4x4. I have been waiting for this day for a while, and now a happy new member of this elite group.
Howdy all y'all!
Just joined your forum. My King Ranch is as follows:
Oxford White
2003
Bedliner
A.R.E. Hard Tonneau Cover
I love my truck. I'm 6'7" by far the most comfortable vehicle I've ever owned.
And most reliable, too!
Livin' here in snowy Upstate NY makes this vehicle indespensible!
See ya down the road.
