At this point, your best bet is probably to take it to either a Ford dealer to get installed or a local shop experienced with tonneaus.....
Well, first, it didn't come off of ebay. I bought it from a fellow KROC member...

Second, who cares how much time I have in it? Sure, it's several hours but, on something like this, **I** want to do it. I'm on a mission from god now. HA!

Third, I'll take care of it and it'll be installed. This has almost turned into more of a challenge for me honestly. Uphill climbs are always the most exciting in my book...

Well, here's the latest... the plot continues to thicken...

The hardware that I have isn't the hardware that comes with this tonneau so, in short, I have the wrong mounting hardware...

In the process of trying to work through that... this thing is showing that it's more trouble than it's worth.

Just as general carnal knowledge....

This tonneau is manufactured by Decoma (a division of Magna www.magnaint.com) (www.decoma.com) and sold directly to Ford.

As I understand it, the reason that they abruptly stopped making this cover was that the manufacturing facility where they turned these out went out because of lack of orders, specifically from Ford.

I'm now in the process of attempting to locate mounting hardware so that I can make this happen... the hardware that is shown in the above picture is for a LUND tonneau and simply doesn't work with this tonneau... hence, it's the wrong stuff... different companies.

Ahh, the joys of tonneaus...

Thanks Mike. I'd have to admit that I've walked to the edge of getting really pissed off and have looked down.

I just need to figure out the hardware side now.

I have calls and emails into several folks concerning this matter so, I just have to sit and wait at this point.
