KR Tonneau Instructions

Hey Guys...

I bought a KR tonneau but have no instructions for installation. Can anyone help me out?

FYI, it's the OEM soft snapless tonneau that was available from Ford...

Thanks!

LOL Mike... I appreciate the help... LOL!

The LSII isn't totally dead *yet*. This cover popped up on here a while back from taco bender and I bought it as he gave me a fair deal on it.

It is used but, it's in A- shape... This is the ONLY soft tonneau that I would've considered putting on my truck (the KR one)... We'll see how it goes from here I suppose. If it doesn't work out or if I'm a little hesitant about it, I might just throw it up on ebay or sell it back to someone here if they're interested (similar to what I did with that wood kit several moons ago).

Like I mentioned, I haven't totally ruled out the LSII option as I found it pretty cheap from a local place here (through a very nice contact)... $700 isn't bad is it?

I'm going to try to give that thing a whirl tomorrow... I'm going to drag out all the pieces and see if I can figure it out but, at first glance, I'm not exactly looking forward to trial and error.

No one has even attempted to help yet... maybe if I can post some pics of the parts and pieces... maybe someone will recognize them as a cover like the one they have or know who makes the cover and point me in the right direction... who knows...

norm,

If you have a 'SUPERCAB', I don't believe it will fit.... I may be wrong though... don't you have a 6' box?

I'll let you know KRC... and, I *MIGHT* sell it.... reason being is that I saw a KR today with an ARE LSII on it at Home Depot. The guy was just getting out of the truck and I asked him about it and went over and looked at it. Talk about sweet! He got a 'beige' style carpet for the underside of the tonneau rather than that standard dark grey colored stuff. It looked AWESOME. I still haven't had a chance to try to put this KR tonneau together but, I have high ambitions for this coming weekend to make it happen. At least I hope.
