Here's the pics I took when I first fitted the kit I got on EBay....my wife could not believe how good it looked for the price....around $40.00 as far as I remember. Nice close fit and virtually flush.

This remember from someone who wanted the straight grained walnut in our Bentley changed to Burr Elm....which would have cost around $4000.00 had we ever done it !
