Rear Bucket Seats?

I have a 1999 F150 XLT Scab 4x4 and want to put bucket sets in the rear. I have searched google, and the forums and haven't been able to find anything about IF, HOW, and WHAT kind of seats can go into there and how much fabrication it would take. I would prefer OEM seats vs Aftermarket, but was curious because I've seen it done on the forums but no explanation as to how it was done and what kind of seats were used. I appreciate any help, I view the forums quite often but i'm deployed and don't have my truck at the moment...so everyone will have to wait til I get back to see a finished product.

what seats are those Mikey? and you just built the 40 seats into a solid plywood backing and upholstered? I like that idea a lot and doesn't look too expensive...except for the awesome leather upholstering lol

The piece of plywood was just for the amp. The rear part of the seat can be left stock. The bottom of the seats, I split the 60/40, and to the salvage yard to get another center bracket and had it cut and mirrored so the seat on the other side would flip up. Keep in mind the 97-99 rear seats are different than the 00-03. 97-99 the seat flipped forward to make a bed in the backseat, where the 00-03 the seats flipped up like the supercrew. I used the 00-03 style

yeah if I replace them it will be with flip up seats not flip down...I really do not like the flip down style. that doesn't sound too hard. how much did it run you about's to do that?

ah my bad, missed that your truck is a scab. if you google king ranch rear bucket seats
youll see tons of pictures of factory f150s with rear buckets, but they are screws. it may be difficult to do since the butt part of the rear bench is smaller that a bucket. but maybe the king ranch buckets will give you a start. worst case you could always fab up some brackets to make the king ranch buckets work which would retain a factory look

Yeah i did look and ill reallu have to wait til i get back to the states and take a tape measure to it. I appreciate all the input and if anyone has a build that they have done on rear buckets id love to use it as a reference. In all honesty im probably gonna end up doing two 40s and fabbing them
