This isn't a wrap but it is vinyl. I just used rubbing alcohol to clean the plastic real good & get rid of all the plastic cleaner I've put on the dash haha. Followed that up with a little bit of windex...used a squeegee and my finger to work out the bubbles and it stuck with no issues. With you actually wanting to wrap something you'll probably need a heat gun to warm up the vinyl to work it around to fit it to the shape of your piece

are you wanting a vinyl like the plastic "sticker type" vinyl type posted above or like an upholstery vinyl/material?
I would recommend doing one of the following.
A light (weight not color) black fabric type vinyl to cover up those areas, it will be nice, look factory and will probably be a bit more expensive but will hold up better to wear and tear and clean up well. It will also be pretty much a permanent thing.

Have the panels painted in special interior plastic paint. SEM makes a good product to change the color of interior plastics. This looks good and wears ok, you may have to touch up high wear areas over the coarse of time. This is also a permanent solution.

The plastic stickertype vinyl would probably be the cheapest, and less permanent but would not look as good quality and you may "lose" a lot of the texture finish on your plastic pieces once wrapped. But it will cover decent and can be pulled and the adhesive cleaned pretty easily if you ever want to get rid of it.

All depends on how permanent you want to make the mod and how good of a finish you want. I would do the first on a nice all black interior truck like yours.

Dont know if this is going to be of any help but they make kits to cover the interior plastic.I did mine in woodgrain..they also make grey and black carbon fiber.I'm posting a before and after pic of my truck. What you cant see is that the kit also included the door panels, the sunroof and the rear of the center console.

I'll have to fire up my old computer tonight and see if I have the site I bought this kit from bookmarked. Its NOT a sticker its a very high quality material with a polyurethane coating that looks and feels very rich and is non fade and scratch resistant. The wood grain pieces have a sticker like coating on the back or them..like a double sided tape. And you get a tube of "exciter" which helps the bonding process. The whole dash took me a little over an hour to install and has been on now for over a year and it looks factory.I did some shopping around and this kit I got for just over 100 bucks and included more pieces than any other.I actually called the company to put my mind at ease as far a the look of the grain goes. The radio trim in the above picture is factory..the dash matches it perfectly. And this company included trim for the sunroof..all 4 doors..steering wheel, rear cup holder..and some other things I never even used.Between this, the grill insert and stainless pillar post and mirror covers I'm always having people compliment my truck..in fact I had a guy just the other day at a light ask about the chrome "stripper" on my antenna..and lets face it we all like compliments on our "Stuff"
P.S...also notice the GRYPHON tuner on the left corner of the dash...you cant have "SHOW" without a little "GO".

No sorry no toilet bowl cover.I do custom embroidery and leather work and that cover is 100% fur..anyone that grew up in the 70's will remember how we use to fur our rear deck ..it went with the fuzzy dice...and none of that save the whales polyester crap..I mean fur.I did it so when my dog is in the back seat she can put her paws on the console and not punture the leather.I know some of you guys just use duct tape..but I'm old school and cant relate to the new style hillbilly interiors.

And if you think I'm kidding.....I saw this guy driving down the street and had to snap a picture. His WHOLE car is wrapped in duct tape.I guess I'm just getting too old to think of duct tape as a wrap or interior fix..
