Anyone put 2010 seats in an 07?

Has anyone tried putting 2010 seats into an 04-08 F150? I think the seats in the newer model are much nicer and more comfortable and I can get a pretty good deal on a full set. Don't see why this should be that big of a problem but wanted to check before I spend the money.

If the bolts don't line up - can't I just drill new attachment points?

I can't see that the mounting points whould have changed much for the seats...

The less parts Ford has to remake when changing body styles the more $ in there pockets...

You may be able to drill new holes for the sets if they are not the same...

But check the structure of how yours are mounted now.
If the steel is thicker etc... I wouldn't do it if they don't just bolt in...

Wouldn't be to good if you ever got in a wreak and the seat came through the floor...

Not sure about the 08's but dont all the new trucks have the seat belts connected to the side wall of the truck?

I'm guessing super cabs would still have the seat belt mounted on the seat.

They do I bet. Because you cannot mount a seat belt on there since it doesnt have an actual B pillar

I would be interested on the outcome of this as well. I think that the +09 Seats look much better. Be sure to let us know if you go through with it!

My 2010 super cab has the seat belt mounted on the pillar of the back door not on the seat.

I'm wondering why Ford stopped mounting the seatbelts to the seats in the supercab models... With the seatbelt built into the rear door, if you or the passenger are in the truck and are picking someone up, you have to release your seatbelt in order for the rear doors to open. This seems weird to me. I'd rather not have my seatbelt attached to a door, ya never know what could happen there lol
