Which is the best floor mats??

Hello all, just became a member here. I'm a member an few other forums on the net. I purchased an 06 F150 Supercrew FX4 (5.4) in July and hope it hold up for a long time (primary vehicle). I have a 86 and 95 corvette and spend most of my time doing modifications on them. I also have a 97 Dodge Ram 4x4 which I use mainly offroad. I have plans on doing a few things to the FX4 and floor mats is one of the first. I have been looking around at a few different brands and would like to know which is best from members experience.

I have owned Husky mats in the past with my Dodge Ram 4x4 and they seem to be good, but didn't like the way the sides came up and seemed to hit my foot on them everytime I got in.

I like the look of the Catch All Xtreme and don't want carpet mats. Just looking for suggestions to help me out.

Thanks

I have had weather tech floor liners in my past 2 F-150's and would highly recommend them. I also have them in my dodge 1500 work truck. My friend had husky liners and he had the same problem you said.

I have that exact same mat. 1 piece full front in rubber. So far, pretty happy with em. Ordered them from Summit for about $80

I just recently bought a new 2006 FX4 SuperCrew and I just bought a set of the Catch All carpet mats. I love the fit! They look great. I got them for about $60 from Autoanything.com I believe they have these in a no carpet version as well?

Go to CostCo. I got a set of their thick rubber floor mats for the front and back for $25. Each mat holds something like a quart of liquid.

Thanks guys, this give me a little better idea. I will take a look at the websites given and see what I can find. Seems to be a good forum, and since I have a Ford, I will spend some time here. Any other suggestions welcome.

Weather Tech makes the best mats. I love how they hang over the door sill. It keeps crap from getting stuck between the carpet and the plastic. And the color match is way better in person than in the pictures. The flash makes it look funny.

And then some $5 Wal-Mart specials in the rear.

I like they way those look, tardman. I see that they also come up on the kicker panel which is a nice thing to have. I had planned on getting a set of mats throughout the truck (driver/pass floor, center hump, and one long back seat.) I will check weather tech out also.

BTW, does anyone know this. What is the difference between the center console shifter (like in a car) and just having the shifter on the steering column? Mine has the ole shifter on the steering column and I have see others shifer in the middle. Just wondering, I know this is probably the wrong section to ask this in.

I'm going to order the catch-alls before winter gets here. They look great IMO.

I don't have any pics but I have had catch all's in my last 5 vehicles. I love them, I think they are the greatest mat out there. They are so easy to clean, just spray with water, scrub and rinse. They always look brand new. Right now I have two sets one in my 06 screw and the other set in my wifes 05 explorer.

I have the walmart specials that match the ones that tardman91 has in the back of his truck.

The whole set was cheap, and have worked great for me for the last 2 winters in Colorado.

I guess I'm cheap when it comes to floormats.:o
