Well, long story short: I got wax on my door handles (04 w/ those black plastic ones) and decided to use good 'ol Mr. Clean since it worked so well on everything else... a bit of scrubbing later it basically ruined my handles. I was left with these horrid white marks... so bad that I've ripped my doors apart and sanded/painted my handles, well... 3 of the 5 then the weather turned cold and I was screwed... in the coming weeks the other handles will come off and get the treatment. What a PITA! %*@( Mr. Clean!

hair spray has worked a bit...but gotta let it sit...and wipe...still working on it.

because this is the soft oval viynl peice on side door it is very visible...i do not want to try anything that may harm.
