I purchased a Motorola handsfree car kit for my new 2005 KR, I also purchased a special cable from Ford that plugs into the audiophile radio and passes through some control leads for the Motorola kit.

However before I start on the installation, I was hoping to find info on how to get behind the center console to disconnect and connect the 20 pin cable from the audiophile radio. I see panels that look like they are removeable on either side of the console but I am afraid to just start pulling on panels and possibly busting something.

Is there a good guide somewhere for getting behind the dash on the 2005 F-150 with center console?
