GT Steering wheel?

I bought my truck about 5 months ago, 86 F150 single cab.
long bed.
It had a 7.5' western plow and for some reason a 13" gt sterring wheel. anybody know if i need a horn adapter for aftermarket steering wheels....Next thing is 14" mahogany gt wheel.
any advice on some nice wooden wheels and any kind of wood grain accents for an 86
