I don't know, maybe I'm just different than most of you guys, but I don't like the look of a shiney dash. I prefer the flat look that the truck had when it was showroom-new. So...When I clean my widnshield, I jusy wipe the overspray across the dash and it looks like new. My truck sits in the garage most of the time.

Been doing this to my '92 van since it was new, and the padded dash has retained it's factory luster (not ArmorAll-slimey), with no cracks or fading. It has sat outside all it's life. Once every two years or so, I DO give it an ArmorAll treatment, but then just use window cleaner the rest of the time.

i'm with rockpick about not using baby oil on my dash. but i have used it on clear plastics like head light covers and the clear console cover and also the bug gaurd, it works awesome on the bug gaurd. lasts a long time and does not drip away.
