OK guys and gals, need your expertise. Ive had it with the 60/40 seats in my 2000 F150 Super. Driving for any length( over 30 minutes) without the cruise control on ( pulling a trailer) causes my right leg to get cramped. No adjustment to lower the drivers seat bottom in the front. I know you have done some neat mods on your trucks and Id like to get some input on the seats you have gone to, if you have. Id like to go to buckets if that is possible but right now Im about ready to put in apple crates.
Ive talked to the parts manager at the dealer and he says he is aware of the problem but doesn't have a solution. Ive found aftermarket seats on the web but for the money I want to go look and see what Im paying big bucks for. Here in North Fla there doesn't seem to be any dealers that have a showroom. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated by me and my "better" half. Sorry for the long post.
