No they don't you have to retrofit. And they get 5 star reviews because the people have no idea what true lighting is. They just see that it's brighter and say its amazing. They don't see that it's glaring into people's eyes or realize the big black spots on the output.
Best to just stick halogen

No, they don't. I posted that before I realized you stated you have an 07. But, retrofits are less expensive and have more options so don't be afraid to take that step.

It's seems people dont like to listen around here. No matter how much anyone is warned that hids and leds don't work well in a housing made forms halogen bulb, they still go out and spend money on them and blind other drivers just because they want cool looking light.

Good luck with the led headlights.

Apparently this poster didn't see the other thread going on about the same exact thing.

Also, side note, I found it kind of funny that "f150leds" has their comments disabled on their YouTube videos. Guess they don't want anyone spreading the truth on there.

They have it disabled because they're marking up the same ones you can buy on Amazon for $99. F150 LEDs is selling them for $149.

Also several reviews from F-150 owners said they've never even been flashed before. Can't be that blinding. I was flashed every day with my Escalade's stock HID's.

Your responses are classic. I know you're trying to justify the money you spent. Leds don't work right in housings made for halogen bulbs. LEDs do not scatter the light in the same 360° pattern. You will have dead spots, you will give lots of glare to oncoming traffic and you'll end up will less output.

But many will say it's great, because now their headlights look cool and blue.

Read the posts in the thread I linked and reread the replies you've recieved here. Take it for what you will. If you ask for advice and then just go buy a product that everyone is telling you won't work correctly, then we can't help you.

As it's been stated, many of us have wasted money on LEDs and learned the hard way. I have replaced every bulb in my truck to led, and I've gone through so many to find the current ones that will kind of work with the housings. Sure, I'd love to have the headlights match, but it's not worth losing output, blinding other drivers, dealing with flickering, etc just for the look. Plus, there's a lot more to the headlight housing / optics than there is with say a taillight housing.

I've spent a lot on LEDs. Every bulb including the instrument cluster are LEDs on my truck. If there was an led headlight that outperformed the halogen bulb, trust me, myself, along with a lot of these other guys would have them in our trucks, and we'd be telling you to buy them.

No, I'm sure it's because some people know better than to be putting those bulbs in a halogen housing and they don't want any truth exposed on their videos.

What about the projector led aftermarket housings? If I put the bulbs in those I'm good?

You can put halogen bulbs in those. But output won't be very good. They are just cheap Chinese projectors.
Do you have a budget? Build some true retrofits

Probably because the lights leak. I originally bought a set from them, got water in my lights... here's the video:

Damn! And how'd you get water in the lights anyway?

And I really found it amusing they had their comments disabled. Like they don't want any customers sharing their issues. That was a red flag for me.

I am looking forward to your comparison shots by the way. Not to try to prove you wrong, but I'm very curious.
