Bed Lighting
none yet, but it has only been ~ 90 days they have been in.
Lots of rain, and 2 light snow falls ( as in < 0.5" ) and no problems. the snow melted over the edge, and encased them in ice 1 time, and nothing happened to them.
The nitrile / rubber like flat tube they are in is very flexible when warm.
I do not know if it hold true with cold, I installed them in the 2nd week of SEP, and I seem to recall wearing shorts and sandals when doing it.
Going around the outside corner, I installed them pointing out on the short outside part of the wall and then back to pointing down on the rear of the wall, same as the front. I did not try to bend the flat part 90* in that short space.
don't know if you plan on facing them out or down.
If you install them out, you will be able to go around the inside corner easy to the bulk head and then back to the other side of the bed.
If you are pointing them down, consider pointing them out on the bulkhead, this will will make the inside corners much easier.
At 16.4' you should not have to cut it, find center of it and center it on the bulkhead and run both sides as far as they will go.
If the bulkhead is 5.5' across this gives you ~ 5.5' down each side of the bed. I did not cut mine ( used 2 rolls of 16'-4" one on each wall ), but I recall reading the directions for the marks where they could be cut at, double check this prior to cutting.

Being in TX i won't have to worry about ice or snow too much hahaha, but that is awesome they held up well to the elements. I shouldn't have too much of a problem putting them on, thanks for the advice and reassurance of a good product.
You happen to have any more than what you have on the patio?

I used led lights in mine and they work great. Not sure what brand, my brother got a roll off of the internet, they had an adhesive back so he cut to fit each side with a pig tail and I wired in a toggle switch at the end gate to turn them on and off. Very bright and don't draw anything to speak of.

Both sides and the front are still on the other 600W 12 VAC transformer.
I am focused on changing the recessed lighting inside to the Cree LED fixtures at the moment, so the outside project is on hold for now.
