Help with LED Conversions

Hey everyone,

So I am in the process of converting all bulbs (except the headlights) to LED on my 2008 F150XLT Supercab and so far so good. I have sucessfully completed the rear of the truck and am now working on the front. I got the side marker lights replaced no problem, but the parking light/turn signal is the problem. It flashes like crazy when the turn signals are activated. From doing some reading on the subject I believe the soloution would be to wire resistors into the system to compensate for the lack of power being drawn from the LED lights, and that should in theory correct the problem.

Now I am new to DIY projects on vehicles especially wiring, so I would apreciate any tips you can give me or if there is a step by step guide somewhere, or another soloution that i could look at to get these LEDs working like stock.

Thanks in advance.

DUH!! Thank you both, I got the part today and installed and it works like a charm! Why I didn't think of it is beyond me!
