I guess i'll skip the idea of 50W lights,

I may get the ebay housings, they lasted 3 years on my car, but get the HID's from the retro fit source. I haven't heard of anyone catching those on fire.

Even with a retro fit and single projector how do you get hi and low?

Get a bi-xenon projector. It has a solenoid that when activated lowers the cutoff shield and lets more light out.

Got it, I may put one of those in the aftermarket housing, a single projector looks funny. If there was a way to make a back plate and fit dual projectors in, that would be sick.
