actually i have a side facing running light, which is the chrome/red bulb up top.

and the whole lens glows for the "blinker" and can be seen from the side, even though the side facing blinkers are not on any Range Rover, or 10+ LR product

That being said........... I was gonna keep quiet about this but since i like making raptor my bitch, here's what ive been working on in my spare time lately.....

Added another pocket between the brake and reverse light to allow for an incandescent running light

They're not going to be on most vehicles. FMVSS section 108 dictates that running lights (not blinkers) must face 90* from the centerline of the vehicle. Looking at some google images, every 2010 Range Rover taillight has either a strip of LEDs conforming to the curvature of the tails or a split in the rear facing running lights to allow bleeding (similar to our housings)

Looks good, but no offense, I just don't like the "cut & paste" job. Rather than make the housing compatible for the lights, I'm making the lights compatible for the housing

having my chrome red running bulb rear facing, but you can see the side of the bulb from the side of the truck is exactly how the factory F150 tail is setup

The PWM/Vreg has arrived- I will begin assembly of it tomorrow (with plenty of pics). I'm still waiting for the LEDs to arrive. They're still in Texas after four days.

Sounds fine to me. Just pay for the parts, shipping, and little on the side for mwah and I'll gladly do them.

I'm back from my girlfriends house. It's time to get started

PWM:

Backside:

Vreg and potentiometer:

Now I will begin soldering. Stay tuned.

Starting out, just getting the first few resistors in place:

And some more:

A few minutes later:

Install the 555IC and power up my 12vDC test station:

And the two output LEDs confirm sucess:

As soon as those LEDs get here we can begin the final process.

As soon as your done with those, can you start a design for the 04-08's? I would definetly want some of those. Great work man.

I would need a set of housings for prototyping and after that its a possibility to make copies and sell them as batch kits.

This is coming from an ex lead project designer from Philips, and hes quoting minimum requirements for housing designs. My lights comply with all of the above.
