Sorry for the repeated new posts, there is no edit button on the mobile version. Its not the turn signals that are not working, its the whole damn tail light! No brake lights or turn signals!!

Running lights work, as well as all the other turn signals. High mounted brake light works. All interior fuses look good. I think i might just need to disconnect the battery and let the computer reset...

If the tail lamps no longer work ( stop or turn ) the FET has shut them both off for some reason or you got a connector along the frame rail to the rear. Do the license plate lamps still work ?

The FET is between the fuse and each tail lamp, and is used to blink the higher wattage bulb or make it constant on, depending on what you are doing.

The FET will shut off due to a short to ground, or what looks the same to it, a high AMP draw due to something being installed with it ( current inrush ).

Guess the 09-10 are the same, and Ford did a major change in 2011, so I am out of luck for diagrams until they hit eBay.

That is 30 watts total, your total amp draw depending on the voltage of the battery and alternator is 2 to 2.5 amps. You could use a simple SPDT switch in the cab. Wire the common center of the switch to the LED's. wire one of the NO contacts of the switch to the factory reverse lights and the other NO contact of the switch to a constant hot. The top position of the switch is auto lights on in reverse, center position is off, and down postion is constant on. Just be careful where you mount the switch as to not accidently turn them on while driving. Hope that helps a little.

Can I do this set up for my aux/rev. lights? There also led,"Maxxima WML-01" they have 6, 1 watt LEDs a piece. Or is the relay mandatory with a SPDT switch? Thanks..
