Not that it helps, but I installed the Tridon EP27 LED/Trailering flasher and my blinkers now work. Earlier I tried a different EP27 flasher from NAPA but it actually made things worse than the stock flasher.

Don't know if that helps you out at all. My LED turn signals are slightly different.
