heres a link to the recon ones. each strobe(light only) is 60 bucks before shipping so your looking in the 120+ range although im sure you can find a similiar style much cheaper some place else..

i thought about finding some red strobe lights and finding a way to make them come on a stay on instead of strobbing but not really wanting to mess with it now. lol maybe a good idea if somebody wanted them pretty bad. i know gorecon.com sells just two red xenon strobes without a controller or anything and you could possibly make them work. who knows.. lol
why are you so obsessed with getting red light?

i figured there was a way to make it work without a controller.. sorry i dont know everything like you, sir. and i am not obsessed, i was just stating an idea, i even mentioned i gave up. is there something wrong with being different?
a strobe is an arc-gas tube just like HIDs. they all need to be ignited one way or the other

heck half my truck is illegal. tint, siren, i dont have front side marker lights, my front reflectors are clear, it plays videos while in gear, has no muffler, and the list goes on. lol one more illegal mod will be alright especially where i'm from. its pretty relaxed around here
