'99 Compressor finaly died, ID?

The compressor isn't even 25 years old yet!
My understanding is that 2 models were used and I hope someone can ID this one? The plan is to do the install & let a shop do the finer details.
Not going to risk a re-man so will order new.
Any thoughts?

A 99 F150 would have gotten an FS-10 compressor. Just get the current Motorcraft part for your model and engine if you want an OEM.

Status report:
The factory new Denso Compressor is installed. The big question is that it was advertised as being pre loaded with oil.but there was no free oil to be seen even after tipping it.
I retrieved only about 15CC of oil from the old compressor so the big question is- do I need to add?
The compressor came with no labels, stickers, directions or warning labels. If this is warranted, they are taking a bit of a gamble!
How should I proceed?

I would call Denso on Monday and see if you can find out from someone at the company.

Yes, you need to add oil since there was none in the new unit. Make sure you've rotated the compressor 6-8 rotations while drain to make sure you get it all out.

Did you first measure how much oil was in the old compressor? Need to in order to get a valid refill amount.

I looked it up, a FS-10 compressor takes 85ml (3oz) of Motorcraft YN-12B (PAG 46) oil.

Compressor was advertised as having 3 OZ already filled.
Cool Denso Tech dude says it has 1..5 in it from their factory & don't touch it.
Fair enough!
