A/C compressor bearing

ive priced a bearing for my AC compressor seeing how the old one has started chattering. I originally thought it was a tensioner. Ive priced one at a local store and it was roughly $50. can i get a better price somewhere else? Thanks ahead of time!

What noise is it making? Like a chirp until it warms up?

You probably need the clutch and hub, suggest heading to a AC shop for you soon.

I just did the a/c clutch and coil assembly on my 2002 F-150 5.4L and the cost for the complete assembly from autozone was $82. Clutch bearing itself was only $18 but my whole assembly was just a rusted mess so I went with the complete swap. $50 seems high for just the bearing. Have you looked at RockAuto or some of the other places online?
