please help electronic climate acting up?

I have a 05 f150 lariat wiht the electronic climate control. My problem started to day usually my heat is really hot. Well today the temp came to normal range but continued to blow luke warm kept trying all day to get it to work. finally turned a/c on down to 60 and recirculating on let it run for a min then turned heat to 90 and it worked fine. Would this be the electronic climate control? I am lost please help.
Thanks
David

dave, my 2008 was doing the same thing about 6 months ago and when i took it to the dealership, they told me the "actuator flap" (something that opens and closes somewhere inside the dash) was malfunctioning and installed a new one and since then it has been great.good luck.

There is a TSB on the actuator motor. There are a few threads on it in this forum. Even if you're out of warranty the part is only $25 and it's a half-hour job. I changed mine because I didn't care to have my local dealership rip into my dash.

dave, i agree with windsor. mine was covered under warranty and i was out the door in like 30 minutes. they are probably gonna stick you with the $90 an hour labor rate though.let us know how it comes out.
