AC cluctch wont kick on

#1 I would start by useing a test light, to see if electricity is gatting to the clutch.
#2 Hook gages up to the refridgerant line, just to see if there is any pressure in the syste.
#3 Look in the owners manual, to locate all fuses, and relays assosiated with the A/C.
Post up what you find, then we can go from there.

They have a low pressure and high pressure switches on them. But if there is no pressure the clutch will not engage. The low pressure switch is on the accumulator, mounted on the firewall. Make sure all the wires are connected.

heres a quick test that you can do that can help me get you to the next step. If you look in through the passenger side front wheel well you should have a clear view of the the ac compressor/clutch (has 3 'nodes' on the front with a belt running around it but wont be spinning). With the truck running and the AC on, take a plastic handle screw driver or broom stick or something and just poke or tap and hit the face of the compressor. Let me know if it kicks on for a bit and cycles. If it does it will more than likely not stay running, but should kick on for an 8-15 second cycle.

Hey so its working now,
i got my buddy who does electronic diagnostics to play around with it, his OBD2 scanner showed the clutch was active and tested all the electrical terminals, they had power. we gave the clutch direct power and it didnt click in or out, so i gave it a wack with a deadblow hammer and then sicled the cluch in and out manually, its working so ill leave it for now i guess,
