The paper work said it was the actuator. I got it back and it works great. The tech forgot to hookup the actuator the first time because he got distracted with something else. They didn't sound too apologetic. Anyway, it's fixed now and i hope that's it for a while. Apparently they didn't have to pull the radio because all my stations were still preset. They must have gone in thru the glovebox.
