Make sure you install the updated actuator, that is most likely your problem.

I picked up 9L3Z-19E616-E. I haven't seen a more updated part number posted.

That's my problem too! I either have cold or hot, with no in-between! It's the most annoying thing ever! Guess I'll be taking it to the dealership since I only have 3000 miles left on my warranty...

That actuator motor fixed my problem. It's holding a constant temperature with or without the a/c running. It's not that easy to change, but it's doable. There's not much room to work and unless you pop the wiring harness mounting tabs out of the mounting holes, I don't see how you could get it out. I don't have small hands, so anyone can do this.
