what do i need to install this head unit and how to install

I bought the pioneer avh-p440bh off amazon for 380 with 1 day shipping pretty good deal. I plan in installing my self on a 06 f150. What adapters do i need or shims ect.

a new ford style install kit is all you should need. hell you dont even need that if you like to be like jason and do a butcher job.
