how did he add it??? i dont see a pie adapter.

aux jack
I know that the 2007 F150's came with an aux jack on the faceplate so it was integrated into the radio for that model year...

That is a mustang radio. Not 100% sure, but IIRC it will need some programming to work on the F-150. The F-150 from '07 to '08 got he aux port in the corner of the dash tray.

what kind of programming problems would it have if i tried it in my truck??
