Might be stupid but....

Is there a difference between the single din and double din install kits? I have a flip out now but have a double din on the way, just need to know if I need a new kit or not. Thanks guys

There are some kits that can work as either one and some that are meant just to be a single or double. You would have to look at your kit to determine what it is.

Personally, just because they are pretty inexpensive, spend the 20 bucks and get the correct Metra kit that is proven to work and fit and finish is near perfect.
