I have a 2 way alarm and before he gets to the face plate, he would have much bigger problem to deal with...ME!

I have the CA670 2way alarm from KC Autosound that he will pre-wire for you and give you complete step by step installation instructions to do it yourself. The newer model CA671 took its place for this year. I have installed many alarm systems from him. The cool thing about the CA671 is that its the ONLY alarm out there that will tie into your motor wires allowing you to disarm the alarm with the keypad on your door. That was a huge selling factor for me since I use my keypad all the time and throw my keys in the console. I figure if they are going that far to break into the truck and tear it up they can just have it. Keep your insurance paid...lol
Thanks i'll check him out.

Dude dont rely on just the keypad, what if you get a dead battery??

I decided not to put a double din back in and go with the Alpine IDA-X100 and the Clfford Matrix 50.5X alarm.

Installer gets to inspect the damage on Wed maybe Tuesday. Probaly have to run new RCA's to the amps, looks like they were cut.

Will post up photos after their done. Truck was supposed to be done from the body shop on Firday but they are waiting on the KR leather and steering wheel.

Got it all put back together including a new alarm.

some photos, pardon the glare

The new overhead rather than going with another Double Din...plus this is wired to play either DVD or IPOD movies with or without Headphones. Both can play through the HU.

I know its not much to look at....but that's on purpose. Low profile.

Alarm works great. Cliford Matrix 50.5X with extra pins and sensors....
Alpine X100, not sure of the brand of DVD, it says DVD to Go, I think it may be AudioVox.

The sound is great just like my W205.... Running 2 pods just like last time. PDX 4X150 and PDX1X600, 2 ED 10's
