Here's what I used on my Z-28 when we showed it. It worked great, and can be brushed on, or thinned down and sprayed on...

Rethinking...

Now I'm rethinking the sanding/rusoleum route. I'm gonna have to think about this some. I want this to last, so I want to make sure I do it right the first time.

I painted my rotors with some high temp aluminum paint, and this has held up fine after over 500 miles. Make sure whatever paint you use is high temperature, at least 1500 degrees. http://www.fordtruckworld.com/mygall...86&album=12369

Or you can replace the rotors with upgraded rotors from Ruslow. They are available powder coated so that the pads wear off the paint and the rest of the rotor is painted.
